The Practice of Remembering: Relational Alchemy for a New Generation (Begins February 2026)

A 4-Month Journey in transforming the ways we love, lead, belong and become. For 21–30 year olds ready to love themselves deeper, lead with clarity, and show up real/authentic in relationships.

We live in a world that celebrates achievement but rarely teaches us how to belong to ourselves. If you’ve been learning how to balance ambition with emotional wellbeing - how to be both soft and strong - this is for you.

Relational Alchemy is a 4-month space to practice radical self-trust, emotional intelligence, and embodied leadership. Through monthly group circles and twice-monthly 1:1 intuitive guiding sessions, you’ll learn to hold yourself through conflict, release old relational patterns, and lead from wholeness, not hustle.

A Six-Month Journey in Transforming the Ways We Love, Lead, Belong, and Become. For 35-55 year old women/femmes.

This is the season to listen, deeply, to your body, to the truth humming beneath your fatigue, to the version of you that’s been waiting for your full attention.

The Practice of Remembering is a six-month guided journey for women in perimenopause and menopause - a circle for those who are no longer willing to abandon themselves for the comfort of others. 

It’s an offering for women who have carried, held, built, mothered, mentored, and led — and now feel the pull to return inward, to reorient toward joy, rest, creativity, truth, voice and reverence.

It’s about remembering the woman you’ve always been beneath the noise, the roles, and the expectations… outgrowing identities that onced held meaning, ready to release and become more rooted in our own desires, humanness, and dreams.
It’s an initiation into a new kind of power,  one that is peace-filled, slower, satisfying, unwavering.
