1:1 Intuitive Guidance

My Healing Language offers an integrated pathway of care for individuals and couples seeking clarity, healing, and reconnection. Through 1:1 Intuitive Guidance, I draw from my background as a Hilot Practitioner, ancestral healing practitioner, clinical psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, family constellations facilitator, and somatics practitioner to support those navigating major life transitions, grief, or personal growth. For partners, Couples Healing Work provides a space to restore trust, deepen intimacy, and transform patterns through embodied communication and ancestral wisdom.

I also offer Hilot and Tawas, traditional Filipino healing practices that address physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalance through intuitive touch, elemental medicine, and energetic cleansing. Each offering honors the relationship between body, spirit, and lineage—inviting you to return to your inner knowing, move with greater alignment, and root your healing in both ancestry and accountability.

There are seasons when we are called to keep going, and there are seasons when we are called to return to ourselves more deeply.

Our retreats are thoughtfully designed for individuals who carry deep responsibility in their families, workplaces, organizations, and communities. They offer an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with what sustains you—your body, your wisdom, your creativity, your relationships, and your sense of purpose.

Grounded in trauma-informed care, Indigenous and ancestral wisdom, neuroscience, and holistic healing practices, each retreat blends evidence-informed learning with meaningful experiences in nature, reflection, movement, storytelling, ritual, and authentic community. We believe transformation is not found in constant doing, but in creating the conditions where healing, clarity, and possibility can naturally emerge.

Rather than overfilling each day, we intentionally balance guided experiences with spaciousness—allowing time to rest, integrate, explore, and listen to your own inner knowing.

Whether you join us as a leader, caregiver, educator, survivor, healer, or someone simply longing to reconnect with yourself, you will be welcomed into a circle that values presence over performance and belonging over perfection.

Our retreats are intentionally intimate, creating space for genuine relationships, courageous conversations, and lasting transformation that extends far beyond the retreat itself.

Keepers of the Flame Women Leaders Retreat

August 7-9, 2026 | Shasta, California

A restorative retreat for women who carry a great deal.

Keepers of the Flame is an intimate 2-3 day retreat for women leaders, caregivers, entrepreneurs, healers, educators, and changemakers who spend much of their lives supporting others.

This experience is an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself before returning to the people and work you love. Through reflection, meaningful conversation, gentle practices, nature, and community, we explore sustainable leadership, emotional wellbeing, creativity, and the rhythms that help us lead from wholeness rather than depletion.

With a balance of thoughtful facilitation and spaciousness, you'll have time to learn, rest, restore, and listen to your own inner wisdom.

Offered in intimate circles of 8–12 participants, Keepers of the Flame is available by invitation and referral to cultivate trust, depth, and authentic connection.

Men's Wellness & Healing Retreats

Dates and Location, To be announced

A place to set down what you've been carrying.

Our Men's Wellness & Healing Retreats are immersive 3–4 day experiences for men seeking greater clarity, resilience, connection, and purpose.

Many men have been taught to carry responsibility without having spaces to be fully seen. These retreats offer an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with your body, your values, your relationships, and the life you want to build.

Together we'll explore emotional wellbeing, stress and nervous system regulation, healthy relationships, leadership, purpose, movement, nature, and practical tools for living with greater intention. There is no expectation to perform or have everything figured out—only an invitation to arrive as you are.

Hosted in small groups to foster trust and meaningful conversation, these retreats are designed for men who are ready to invest in their wellbeing so they can lead, love, and live with greater presence and integrity.

Keepers of the Flame, KONA

A Four-Day Leadership, Healing & Restoration Retreat for Women

November 12–15, 2026 | Kona, Hawai’i Island

There comes a point in leadership when working harder is no longer the answer.

Keepers of the Flame is a four-day retreat for women who carry significant responsibility in their families, workplaces, organizations, and communities. It is an opportunity to step away from constant giving and reconnect with the wisdom, creativity, and steadiness that already lives within you.

Together, we will explore courageous leadership, emotional fortitude, boundaries, purpose, self-love, meaningful community, and restorative practices that support sustainable service.

There will be enough structure to learn, grow, and connect with one another—and enough spaciousness to listen to your own breath, intuition, and inner knowing.

This is not a conference.

It is an intentionally curated circle of women committed to tending the fire within themselves so they can continue bringing light to others.
